Suillus grevillei commonly known as Greville's Bolete, and edible Japanese mushroom with a sticky cuticle covering the fungal cap, found in the fall forests of Togakushi, Nagano Prefecture, Japan
It normally grows in the soil of mixed forests and almost always at the foot of larch trees with which it lives in symbiosis.
