This girl, a Kumoani Indian girl from the Himalayan mountains is dressed up for the Holi Festival otherwise known as the festival of colours. It's a very colourful event that happens but once a year and is part of the Hindu religious calendar.
They say in India there is a festival or celebration of some kind, somewhere happening everyday, 365 days of the year!
