Bihari Man covered in paint during the Holi Festival of colours in Almora, India.
Looks like they got this guy good. Covering people with coloured indian dyes is the name of the game when it comes to the spring Holi Festival. Holi is an ancient religious festival in India and used to be called 'Holika', its roots go back a long long way, some say it started centuries before the birth of Christ but its meaning has changed over time. And although its part of the Hindu festival calendar other religions are prone to partaking in the fun too in which case it actually brings all walks of life closer together. |
