A delicacy in Laos but not for the faint hearted. This is a bunch of rat tails on sale in the market at Lak Sao (Lao/Vietnam) border crossing point. One can find quite a number of other interesting culinary delights at this border town but maybe its best to check if they are on the endangered species list before trying!! |
